`typing` is broken

Hi @KOLANICH, are you still getting the error? Importing typing seems to work fine on the current tip. So does this simple code snipped:

from typing import NewType

UserId = NewType('UserId', int)
some_id = UserId(524313)
print(some_id)

however, type hints are not yet supported by our parser, see GH-38.

I use the prebuilt binaries, so cannot check master.

I got the error importing typing when installing chainer (https://github.com/chainer/chainer)
