Docker image with Instant Client 19 with node 14^

So, I ust wanna know, if there exists a Docker Image with the title requirements.

Instant Client 19
NodeJS 14^

Looks like we haven't built one yet: oracle/docker-images#1940

@danielsrod there's now a Node.js 14 image with node-oracledb. It uses Instant Client 21: this will connect to DB 12.1 or later.
