There's no way to set oracledb.AQ_MSG_DELIV_MODE_PERSISTENT_OR_BUFFERED on DequeueOptions. As such, buffered messages cannot be dequeued by the node library. The user must fall back to PL/SQL.

@dcitron You are in luck! We are already looking at adding the deliveryMode option in DeqOptions to set this in the upcoming release.
