discoverDomain encountered an unexpected runtime exception

When running discoverDomain command, process is ending with following error:

WLSDPLY-20035: discoverDomain encountered an unexpected runtime exception. Please file an issue on GitHub and attach the log file and stdout. Exception: weblogic.security.internal.FileUtilsException

I'm providing stdout and log file in attachments.
