Added the script and image properties files to update the GA images and CPU images on ocir
Here the script (syncTestImagesRepo.sh)
(a) pull the images (GA and CPU) images from OCR (Source Repository)
(b) push the images (GA and CPU) images into OCIR (Target Repository)
ga.images.properties - information about WLS and FMW GA images
cpu.images.properties - information about WLS CPU images
images.properties - Contains both GA and CPU image information
