Allow bills paid outside firefly to be marked paid manually

Belated Happy Birthday (mine's also in September), starting this discussion around the option to mark bills/subscriptions as paid manually.

Right now the only way they can be marked as paid is when a matching/linked transaction exists. At times, I pay my bills using an account/medium that I do not track inside Firefly. It's unsettling for me to see them pending inside the application.

Since this is not a complicated feature to add, I wanted to know if there is a reason being it not being present. If such a feature is welcome, I am happy to contribute. Let me know what you think of it.

Hey, thanks for starting this discussion.

I must admit it is in fact a complicated feature to add, and I'm afraid I'm not going to make this a part of Firefly III.
