原因＝Data APIをオフにしていたため、REST/GraphQLエンドポイントは利用不可でした。Data APIをオンにしたところ、既存のRLS設定の範囲で正常に応答し、解決しました。設定起因のため本ディスカッションをクローズします。

Cause: The Data API was disabled, so REST/GraphQL endpoints were unavailable. After enabling the Data API, responses succeeded within the existing RLS constraints. Closing this discussion as configuration-related and resolved.
