My supabase is been upgrading since 4 days now

We are experiencing a critical outage as our entire website has been down since last week.

The issue began when we initiated a Supabase database upgrade which has been stuck in the "upgrading" state for 4 consecutive days. This prolonged state is rendering our entire application unusable.

That does not help. Need a ticket # so my Supabase contact point can possibly check the status of your support request.
Only infra can actually fix it.

My QA instance ( luckily this is happening on QA ) is stuck for almost 3 days now...
We are really afraid of upgrading our Production instance after they some day unlock our QA instance.
Is this part of a broader incident?

Yes in general Supabase project operations are struggling right now randomly or in some regions more frequently and the queue to fix is long. Here is the general incident: https://status.supabase.com/incidents/5hq69pvqdzmm
I would not do any upgrades right now even in regions not impact unless absolutely required.

@marcoaleixoo I asked my informal contact at Supabase on these issues right now to check your status and evidently you had the wrong instance attached or the request picked the wrong instance so it looked like it was working and did not get bumped. It is in the infra queue now.

I am stuck here for 3 days. Have contacted support but their auto reply says no support for free tier. We were planning to make this live for testung before we upgrade. So if this can reach the support queue that would be most helpful

Had the same issue for 1 week now. Pro plan, terrible support. How are you supposed to run a business when your database is offline for this long with no communication from Supabase?

Did your ticket to supabase get resolved and you are having a new issue?
I've asked for your ticket # and you did not provide it.
I have an SB contact point to escalate "stale" ticket #'s.
Your instance id does not help me help you.
