Project Stuck Upgrading Postgres

I've seen that this issue is affecting a lot of people right now. Trying to see if anyone could help speed up this process as I've been stuck on "Preparing new server" for about 5 days now. Any help is greatly appreciated as it's pretty critical that we get this resolved by the end of the week.

I'll bump it, but Free or Pro and did you title the support request with Project Stuck Upgrading or similar especially if Free?

Thank you @GaryAustin1. My project is a free project in us-east-1 and I titled the ticket something similar to what you mentioned, with a "Severe" tag. It's understandable that free users receive slower support, but I hope I am able to continue using the product..
