Supabase Realtime Rust client

Hello!
I've been using postgrest-rs, supabase-auth-rs and storage-rs for various Rust web projects, and I noticed that there was no realtime crate. So I ended up creating one:

This implementation supports broadcast, presence, and postgres changes, and it supports Webassembly (WASM) as well.

I thought it might be worth asking whether you would like this being moved to the supabase-community org. I hope people find it useful!
