Orion Code v0.3.24 — Session Navigation & Responsiveness

@orion-agents/orion-code@0.3.24 · npm latest · tag v0.3.24 → 85fadb4 (#268)

Changed

  • Per-session responsiveness: session create/switch/send no longer share a global
busy-guard — each Session owns its pending state, rows disable only for the operation
actually targeting them, and navigation to another project stays live while an
in-flight POST completes. Warm session switches reuse the in-memory projection
(baseline measured 24 redundant snapshot GETs per 24 warm switches → 0; second-frame
    p95 ≈ 32ms at 1,000 sessions, under the 100ms budget).
  • First-run boundary: a running-thread session restored on first load no longer
    loses streaming content on return.
  • Yield-friendly Host cold paths: async bounded Git root probe, event-loop-yielding
Catalog cold scan and file-lock retries; short critical sections and the CLI/TUI
    synchronous API stay synchronous.

Fixed

  • SSE replay anchor (E2E-P0-07 root cause): WebBootstrapV1 now carries an optional
eventCursor. The reducer drops durable workbench_state envelopes at or below that
cursor as historical replay — previously a reloaded tab could replay pre-reload
Workspace-switch broadcasts that cleared its restored foreground Session and regressed
the Context revision, leaving the composer permanently disabled. An echo heuristic with
a foregroundRestore stash covers older Hosts; four reducer regression tests pin the
    semantics.

Added

  • 14 new E2E journey scenarios (WEB33-P0-44..57) covering cross-session isolation,
queued navigation, cache dirtiness, and stale-cursor races.

Release gate (release:check) PASS
Web E2E critical journey ×3 (Node 22/24/26) PASS
Web E2E full suite three consecutive runs (3×105 scenarios) PASS (one WEB33-P0-11 dialog-open timing flake confirmed by rerun: 8 passes vs 1 fail on identical spec code)
Node 22/24/26 verification matrices PASS
Full Jest 4487 passed
