Orion Code v0.3.41 — 发布收据回填与交付状态审计（Docs-Only Slice）

This release is a docs-only delivery-status audit & receipt-backfill slice (PR4 automatable portion of the v0.3.27 review loop). No product code changes (src/, web/, tests/ untouched).

Changes

  • CHANGELOG 0.3.40 corrected to published (Step 0 debt cleared): tag v0.3.40 and npm latest=0.3.40 already existed; real npm publish timestamp 2026-10-26T18:21:55.395Z and GitHub Release v0.3.40 link backfilled.
  • Added docs/plan/evidence/v0.3.41/status-audit.md — a three-version (0.3.38–0.3.40) delivery-status audit cross-checking git tags, registry versions and the latest dist-tag, plus the v0.3.40 release facts (PR #297, merge ef45214, tag v0.40, registry latest=0.3.40, GitHub Release v0.3.40).
  • README / README.zh-CN header summary + install pin updated to 0.3.41.
