FloatingBar v0.1.0

The first release of FloatingBar — a Dynamic Island for Windows.

Highlights

• Floating pill at the top of the screen that expands on hover; drag it anywhere, double-click to re-center
• Now playing with artwork, controls and per-app volume (Spotify, browsers, media players)
• Windows notifications as cards on the pill, plus a history page
• Header shortcuts to websites, apps or programs (shortcuts.json)
• Claude panel: pick Chat/Code mode and a conversation in the Claude desktop app, read recent messages, send prompts (with pasted images) and follow replies
• Answer Claude permission prompts from the pill (Claude desktop app and Claude Code via a hook)
• Tray menu with show/hide, reset position, run at startup and quit
• Optional script to show notifications only in FloatingBar (scripts/quiet-windows-notifications.ps1, with -Undo)

Install

Download FloatingBar_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe below and run it. The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you — choose More info → Run anyway.
Then allow notification access: Settings → Privacy & security → Notifications.

Notes

• Windows 10/11 only, tested on Windows 11.
• The interface is in Indonesian.
• Claude features rely on the Claude desktop app's English labels and may need an update if the app changes.
