• npm package: the tarball is back to the 1.1.1 shape (17 MB compressed instead of 27 MB, no embedded third-party packages), so installations behind a repository firewall that could not evaluate the 1.1.2 artefact work again. Install with npm install @oscharko-dev/keiko or yarn add @oscharko-dev/keiko in a project folder.
• Coding Workbench on npm installations (macOS) is unchanged from 1.1.2: the platform runtime package is an optional dependency and coding runs start after installation.
• Known limitation: npm install -g of this shape does not install the third-party runtime dependencies on npm 11 (the same as 1.1.1); a project-folder installation is the supported path until the global path is repaired.

• Keiko now ships first-class portable downloads for Windows x64, macOS arm64, and macOS x64 so users can download once and start from the bundled launcher; npm remains available for developer and compatibility workflows.
