Fixed

• Phase 3 offset reset with explicit consumer_groups now honours
  topic_mapping / partition_mapping. The groups' committed offsets name
  the source topic, but the restore keys its offset mapping by the target
  topic it produced to, so every lookup missed ("No target offset mapping …
  skipping") and nothing was reset; each commit is now translated and
  applied on the restored topic. Commits already on a rename target (target
  offset space) and repartitioned topics are left alone. The
  auto_consumer_groups path was not affected.

Added

• restore::RestoreTopicMapping and
  OffsetResetExecutor::with_restore_mapping to translate committed source
  offsets for library callers that build their own executor.
