Added

• Embedders can attach a fallible RecordTransform to restore options. Every
  replay path calls it after time and record filters and before partition
  routing; its fingerprint is checked when resuming a checkpoint.
• The public restore::read_segment API lets embedders preflight archived
  record formats with the same decoder used for replay.

Fixed

• Fetch and produce preserve duplicate Kafka headers in order, including null
  and empty values. The batch codec still validates checksums and handles
  compression; ordered headers are retained around its map-based record API.
• Legacy configured schema ID rewriting fails on truncated or unmapped frames
  and also runs before partition selection during repartitioned restores.
