First stable release of Osumi Framework Updater Plugin.

This Composer plugin provides the integration layer between Composer and the migration system included in Osumi Framework.

Included

  • Detects updates of the osumionline/framework package.
  • Runs pending framework migrations after Composer regenerates the autoloader.
  • Supports first-time installation of the updater during the same Composer operation as a framework update.
  • Uses the framework migration state as the authoritative source for pending migrations.
  • Integrates with Osumi\OsumiFramework\Migrations\Runner::runPending().
  • Supports migration output through Composer IO.
  • Supports interactive and non-interactive Composer executions.
  • Preserves Git working-tree protection while allowing Composer-managed changes to:
    • composer.json
    • composer.lock
  • Supports configuration through extra.ofw.
  • Supports the following environment variables:
    • OFW_DRY_RUN
    • OFW_FORCE
    • OFW_VERBOSE
  • Requires PHP 8.5 or newer and Composer Plugin API 2.x.

The plugin does not contain migration logic itself. Migration steps, project transformations, rollback handling and migration state are implemented by Osumi Framework.

This release prepares the automatic migration infrastructure required by Osumi Framework 9.9 and future framework versions.
