Cere Mobile 0.1.3 — development update
Pre-releaseDownload and install Cere Mobile 0.1.3 directly on Android 11 or newer.
This is a development prerelease of the current Cere repository. The APK uses the existing dev.otectus.cere.mobile.debug package and the same signing certificate as the preceding installed development build. Install it as an update; uninstalling first would remove local pairing and app data.
Changes included:
- Ended permission requests disappear after authoritative completion instead of leaving stale approval buttons. Delayed snapshots cannot restore those requests; changed capture proposals require a fresh preview.
- Desktop gateway reconnect, read, action, history and memory rate limits are removed. Existing authentication, scopes, signatures and concurrent-operation controls remain.
- Includes the current desktop UI, shared-memory, queued-message, and trusted-phone access work from the repository snapshot.
The Android approval fixes are in this APK. Desktop rate-limit removal requires running the matching updated broker from this repository; publication does not restart the currently running PC service. Protocol remains 0.1.0/mobile-v1 (wire 1.0).
Validation: 463 Node tests passed, one optional inference test skipped; 40 Android unit tests passed; debug lint, APK/test-APK assemblies, desktop build, typecheck, protocol contract, and focused desktop approval UI checks passed. The APK signature was verified against the preceding development APK. No physical-device upgrade or instrumentation was run for this build because no device was attached.
SHA256SUMS, signing certificate, APK verification, development metadata, build provenance, validation summary and dependency notices are attached. This prerelease is a manual download and is separate from the stable signing workflow and in-app stable update checker.
