Svgtoipe.py was improved a lot, and can now handle a much larger range of SVG files correctly.

Lots of improvements based on looking at the test suite:
Path operators are fixed, edge cases handled, gradients with
"object-bounding-box" semantics are implemented, of
objects not defined in is implemented, and much more.
