Command Space 0.2.0
Pick System Two's harness
Space's agent can now run on Codex or Claude Code as well as opencode. Choose one in Settings → System Two → Harness.
- Codex runs on your ChatGPT plan. Install the CLI and run
codex login. - Claude Code runs on your Claude plan. Install the CLI and log in once with
claude. - Never an API key. Command Space drives the CLI you installed and signed in. It never stores a key, and it removes API-key environment variables before launching either CLI. If a CLI is signed in with an API key, it refuses to use it and shows how to sign in with your plan.
- Approvals. Commands and edits ask for approval on the same cards as before. Codex runs commands it knows are read-only without asking.
- History. New conversations use the selected harness, and existing ones stay on the harness they started on. The conversations window lists all of them, each labelled with its harness.
- Settings. Command Space finds both CLIs and shows whether they're signed in. You can pick a model for each, and if one isn't signed in, Sign in in Terminal opens Terminal to its login.
opencode works as before and is still the default.
Install
Download Command-Space.dmg, drag it to Applications, then right-click → Open the first time (the app isn't notarized). Existing installs update themselves.
