Restore a missing model-cache column when the database already reports the current schema version, so Codex profiles get their discovered model list again instead of a static fallback list, and the Codex model picker shows Gemini tier routes without Google's -tiered suffix. A Codex profile window opened in the Codex app now lists the main app's projects as well as its recent threads. Tool calls through a Gemini account no longer fail on the next turn with a missing thought_signature, and threads whose tool calls lost their signature under 1.2.0 continue on Gemini 3. Gemini accounts also list Google's recommended Gemini 3 models (for example gemini-3-flash) beside the tier route. On macOS, row icon buttons (open, show key, rotate key, inspect) no longer look disabled next to Copy.
