AIhaus 0.3.0 — Agent Delegation + Adversarial Review + Multimodal Attachments
What's New
AIhaus v0.3.0 activates the 41-agent catalog. Previously, 27 agents had no invocation path — skills did specialist work inline. This release makes skills thin orchestrators that delegate to the right specialist, applies BMAD-style adversarial review at every meaningful gate, and persists multimodal context (pasted images, files) so subagents and future sessions never lose it.
Three Major Changes
1. Skill-to-Agent Delegation Mandate
Skills no longer do specialist work inline.
| Skill | Previously (inline) | Now (delegated) |
|---|---|---|
/aih-bugfix |
Manual grep/read/trace triage | debugger agent (scientific method, hypothesis testing) + test-writer + code-reviewer/code-fixer loop |
/aih-feature |
Self-review checklist | code-reviewer + code-fixer (severity-gated) + verifier (goal-backward) + conditional integration-checker |
/aih-plan |
Inline codebase research | assumptions-analyzer + pattern-mapper + conditional phase-researcher + adversarial plan-checker |
/aih-quick |
Inline self-review | Single-pass code-reviewer (no fix loop) |
/aih-run |
Basic milestone pipeline | Now always runs verifier + integration-checker after stories; systematic security-auditor on sensitive milestones |
2. Adversarial Review Contract (BMAD-inspired)
Five review-role agents now operate under a mandatory problem-finding contract:
"Your review fails if you return zero findings without written justification. Operate with cynical stance. If after thorough analysis you find nothing, you MUST explicitly list what you checked and flag anything you could not verify."
Propagated to: code-reviewer, verifier, integration-checker, security-auditor (plan-checker already conformed). Recorded as ADR-002 in DECISIONS.md.
3. Multimodal Attachment Persistence
Paste screenshots/mockups or drop files during any scoping or execution command. They now:
- Persist under
.aihaus/[artifact-dir]/attachments/[seq]-[desc].[ext] - Catalogue in the artifact's

/aih-plan-to-milestone(plan → draft) and/aih-run(draft → milestone dir) - Reach agents via an Attachments block in every spawned agent prompt; multimodal-capable agents (analyst, product-manager, architect, debugger, ux-designer, code-reviewer) have a
## Multimodal Contextprotocol line that makes them Read the files when relevant
Survives across sessions and /aih-resume. Recorded as ADR-003 in DECISIONS.md.

Upgrading
/aih-updateRestart Claude Code after updating. No skill/agent count changes — still 12 skills, 41 agents — so no new discoverability work required.
Breaking Changes
None. All changes are additive or replace inline work with agent delegation. Behavior is richer (adversarial review surfaces more findings) and slightly slower (delegated agents spin up). Iteration caps (2 rounds for code-review+fix, 3 for debugger) keep cost bounded.
