The first release of Analytics: visitor statistics for Kirby 6, counted on your own server and shown right in the Panel. No cookies, no IP addresses in the database, no third-party service.

Analytics (free, MIT)

  • Counts every page view on the server. There is nothing to set up, and pages from Kirby's page cache are counted too.
  • Visitors, page views, bounce rate and visit duration, each with the change against the previous period. Click a number to see it in the chart.
  • Pages with entry and exit pages, time on page and a trend line
  • Sources: channels (Search, Social, AI chat, Email, Other sites, Direct) and the sites that link to you
  • Devices, browsers, operating systems and visitor languages
  • An analytics view button for page views, with the page's visitors as a badge and a drawer with its numbers
  • Reports for Kirby's stats field (page.analytics.reports, site.analytics.reports) and template helpers like analytics()->data()->popular(5)
  • An optional inline script of about 1 KB for statically cached sites and for events
  • Bots, prefetch requests, logged-in Panel users and visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted
  • Panel in English, German, French and Turkish

Analytics Pro

  • Goals and events: outbound links, downloads and form submits are counted automatically, plus your own events and page visit goals, with conversion rates
  • Campaigns from UTM parameters, with conversions
  • Countries from a local database (DB-IP Lite or your own MaxMind file), so no IP address leaves your server
  • Live: visitors, pages and sources of the last 5 minutes
  • Compare periods in the chart and in every table
  • The full history: 90 days, 12 months, all time and custom ranges
  • Weekly or monthly email reports
  • CSV export of every table
  • A notice when traffic is far above the usual

Everything is counted from the day you install Analytics, so Pro shows the full history as soon as you activate it. Pro works without a key on local and staging sites. Get Analytics Pro for €39.99 (up to 3 sites, updates for life).
