Fila 0.8.0 connects to WebDAV servers.

  • Add a WebDAV server — Alist, Nextcloud, a NAS — in Settings › Servers with one address, such as http://host:5244/dav for Alist, and an optional account. It appears under Servers in the sidebar and is browsed, copied to and from, renamed and deleted like an SMB share. Files stream straight to and from the device, and an upload is published only once it has arrived whole. Plain http is allowed on the local network only.
  • A Word, Excel or PowerPoint document that iOS cannot display no longer opens as the archive or the raw bytes inside it. Fila says it could not display the document; Open As still offers every format, Document included.
  • A file Fila is not permitted to open offers Change Permissions…, which opens its Properties, wherever Fila can change them.

Choose the RootHide or the rootless Debian package for a device running custom firmware, the TrollStore TIPA for TrollStore, or the standard IPA to sideload. SHA-256 checksums are in SHA256SUMS.
