v0.24.1: Merge pull request #51 from oxygenframe/notes-loop

• Notes reach the agent without a message in the chat. oxframe notes wait returns as soon as there is an open note nobody has taken and
  prints it; the agent instructions ask agents to keep it running in the
  background while you review, and to start it again after each note.
• oxframe notes take <id> (MCP: note_take) marks a note as being worked
  on; with --reply it asks the person a question. Editor 0.2.2 shows
  "agent is on it" and a Send back button that hands the note back.
• oxframe init and oxframe agents add a Claude Code hook to
  .claude/settings.json (keeping what is there) that shows the open notes
  with every prompt. oxframe notes also prints the path of each crop.
