Remove wasm-bindgen dependency.
Add option to transfer the bytes if they are no longer needed after the encoding on the js side.
Update dependencies.
Scripts:
avif.mjs: exports the avif function; blocking version.
avif_worker.mjs: exports the avif function; async version.
avif_worker_script.mjs and avif.mjs are used by the web worker.
avif_worker_script.js and avif_for_importScripts.js are variants for browsers that don't support module web workers.
