@AntMesh AntMesh released this 07 Nov 14:04

A file offered right as the connection opens is no longer missed, which left the sender waiting three minutes. A sender on a TCP or TLS relay paces itself, the same as paironce.com 2.33.1.

@AntMesh AntMesh released this 07 Nov 11:03

Two receivers sharing one folder no longer delete each other's kept part, and only one of them continues it, also on Windows. A file that could not be accepted is no longer reported as on its way. A disk write error is reported instead of ending the program.

The npm description and keywords say it is also an MCP server for AI agents, and the README explains which files an agent does not send and what happens to a file that arrives late. A file that arrives just as receive_files starts is reported by that call.

@AntMesh AntMesh released this 05 Nov 13:03

A file the other device stopped sending is no longer reported as on its way, and the call says it did not finish. send_file also leaves out Windows's AppData and a Mac's Library in the home folder; the temporary folder stays allowed.

@AntMesh AntMesh released this 05 Nov 08:43

A file that arrives after the call that accepted it stopped waiting is saved where it was accepted for, and the next receive_files reports it. send_file does not send this device's own PairOnce files or hidden files and folders. A part kept on disk continues in one process when two find it. A stale lock is cleared one process at a time; a finished file also moves to a folder on another disk. --ephemeral makes its home folder.

A file cut off continues when it is sent again, also after both programs were restarted. A new identity's ID comes from its key.

0.9.1

@AntMesh AntMesh released this 05 Nov 02:07

Processes sharing a folder no longer lose saved devices or make two identities. Parts of files past the time they could be continued are removed. An MCP server continues a file the other device sends again, also over a new connection.

@AntMesh AntMesh released this 05 Nov 00:22

The MCP server stays connected for 30 minutes after its last tool call, so the next task needs no tap on your device. You see it as connected and can end it there. Files and messages you send meanwhile wait for the next receive_files.

The MCP tools save inside the folder the server runs in: a relative path, with no way out and no folder starting with a dot. Adds mcpName and server.json for the MCP registry.
