What's Changed

• SQL: A query: source restores dlt's table loader after resource construction,
  including when construction fails, so a later plain-table load in the same
  interpreter uses its normal loader. Concurrent SQL resource construction still
  shares the temporary module-level replacement.

• Validate --loader-file-format against the resolved destination, so MongoDB
  accepts parquet and refuses jsonl without an AttributeError. Destination
  capability errors list the CLI's loader-format and incremental-strategy values.
  Correct the ClickHouse note: delete+insert and merge are covered by the
  integration tests; cdc and upsert are unsupported, and scd2 is untested.
