Install

spacebar is notarized: from v0.3 every release is signed with an Apple Developer ID, checked by Apple's notary service
and stapled, and the release fails if Apple refuses it. A copy downloaded in a browser opens as any notarized app does. The
install command checks the release's SHA-256 before it changes anything.

Releases from v0.3 are signed with spacebar's Apple Developer ID. v0.1.1 to v0.2.2 were signed with a self-signed certificate and v0.1.0 ad-hoc, so when you update from one of them, macOS may ask once about spacebar's data; allow it.
