Author emails in alternative locations

While the PMC module in the pipeline can extract author emails in the 'corresponding' author section, this may be empty but have other emails available. Thus, we are missing a whole lot of potential contacts.

For instance, only 6/25 eLife papers in the last year had emails picked up.

Well, problem is that sometimes the PubMed Daily Updates are missing emails. Subsequent updates to a paper may include this information, but currently I don't overwrite an existing entry for a PMID.
