Revised descriptions for 43 tools to state their supported actions, inputs and
outputs directly. Removed filler such as "readable", "publication-ready" and
"quick", and replaced vague phrases with specific operations.

The wording is shared by featured cards, search, catalogs and tool help.
Tool behavior is unchanged.
