Configuration
Any CONTAINERTYPE derived from MigrationContainer can be configured as follows in the app's config:

Any CONTAINERTYPE configuration requires a dedicated configuration section to be declared:

The commands listed below initialize the test data with NTFS specific features. Else the NTFS containers will not be tested entirely.
