easy install

NEMESIS handles the install for you now - no need to deal with ADB and stuff!

0.0.1-alpha

Initial alpha of Launchpad with manual battery-preconditioning controls and a hold-TUNE launcher service.

Downloads

• Launchpad.apk — the signed Android app. Install at /system/app/Launchpad.apk using the repository instructions.
• tune-knob-usb.zip — the TUNE service installation bundle. Extract onto your USB drive; keep the inner paytondev.launchpad.zip intact.

Follow the installation guide.

This alpha targets the inspected NEEV23 US Android 4.4 firmware. Incompatible firmware leaves preconditioning unavailable. Activation can take about 1–2 minutes; only vehicle feedback establishes Active. Parked-car activation and cancellation have not yet been verified in this workspace.

Validation: 37 unit tests passed, release lint passed, and the APK signature verified for API 19.
