Fix

• aichat port (Claude → Codex): ported sessions failed on the first
  turn with HTTP 400 — Supplied input item IDs require persisted-item lookup that is not supported by rustponsesapi. The porter gave every
  assistant message a made-up msg_* id; Codex replays item ids to the
  Responses API, which looks them up as server-stored items and rejects
  ids it never issued. Ported assistant messages now carry no id.
  Sessions ported with an earlier version need to be ported again.
