v3.1 kagi update hotfix

This hotfix adapts to changes in Kagi Search and Assistant. These include the new Assistant layout and the "Quick Answer" button.
And the search bar on mobile devices has been improved and made semi-transparent. For best results, set the search bar position to "bottom". Additionally, the following bugs have been fixed:

• paywall popup now adapts to dark mode
• website ranking adjustments now have a smooth transition

• "I found another issue on mobile when using brave on assistant. When making tables it will not let me scroll to the right. But when I turn off css it allows me to scroll to the right"
