Proudly releasing the first version of gomcp.

Augmented-coded. Several of the latest commits were done using the server itself, iterating through different tool setups when pushing new features, landed on a good balance so far.

There are still several limitations, specially tackling individual statements, which are blocking a finer refactoring engine which is within this project's scope. The current server handles only full declarations at a time (a type struct, a function, a method).

The server organizes the code semantically (imports -> const/vars -> types/methods -> functions), but finer placement can't be enforced. Floating comments are also not tracked and may get lost or overwritten. Splitting semantically distinct code into separate files rather than relying on in-file placement order is highly recommended.
