PersonaOpenSSL 3.5.8000

Static OpenSSL 3.5.8 crypto library with hidden symbols, linked into PersonaNfc. Apps should not add this package directly.

This release contains only PersonaOpenSSLStatic; the dynamic PersonaOpenSSL product has been removed. Apps using PersonaNfc 3.12.0 or earlier must stay on PersonaOpenSSL 2.0.x.

The artifact is identical to 3.5.8000-beta.2.

3.5.8000-beta.2: static OpenSSL for NFC

Adds PersonaOpenSSLStatic, a static OpenSSL 3.5.8 crypto artifact with private symbols for embedding in PersonaNfc. The existing dynamic PersonaOpenSSL product remains available. Device and simulator builds verified; all 155 NFC tests passed, including coexistence with an older dynamic OpenSSL.
