Restore full context menu functionality in windows

  • Add Cut, Copy, Paste options for editable fields and text selection
  • Add "Add to Dictionary" option for misspelled words
  • Add "Inspect Element" option when webDebug is enabled
  • Fix regression where standard context menu items were missing after
    multi-account refactoring
