v1.1.16

Tailwint 1.1.16 fixes incomplete scans that could report “all clear” before every file was checked, including large workspaces and TSX-only patterns (#1). It waits for language-server readiness and each file’s diagnostics; incomplete scans and server failures exit with code 2.

• Safer autofixes validate whole actions, reject stale or conflicting edits and repeated cycles, and protect files changed during a scan.
• Windows paths, escaped file URIs, hoisted language servers, and VS Code JSONC settings now work reliably.
• New --timeout <ms> and repeatable --ignore <glob> options also have API equivalents, timeoutMs and ignore. Initial readiness, project lookup, and diagnostics share one deadline. The default remains 30 seconds; this is not a total-command timeout.
• Node 18+ compatibility is retained, including strict engine installs. Unknown CLI options now fail explicitly.

Validation: Linux/Windows CI on Node 18 and 24, Mac checks on both runtimes, fresh-package lint/fix/rescan checks with language servers 0.14.0 and 0.16.0, and Bun runtime smoke checks. See CHANGELOG.md and docs/RELEASING.md for details.
