  • Added goal checkrefseqrnum to automatically check if downloaded RefSeq version is the current one.
  • Added the ability to include file names as artificial nodes in the taxonomy tree via the config parameters idNodes and fileNodes. This helps to find out which genomic file a k-mer included in a database orginates from.
  • Added column level as first column representing nesting depth from tax tree in dbinfo files and analysis result files.
