A configuration release; no change to the kernel or the executor image.

• The configuration template tidied. Fifteen stale model entries removed; claude-sonnet-5-5 and claude-opus-5-5
  added; gpt-5.6-sol repriced on both routes.
• GPT-6.1 Sol. OpenRouter's openai/gpt-6.1-sol replaces the superseded 5.6 entry, with its verified prices
  ($2 / $10 per million tokens, cache read $0.10, cache write $2.50) and effort levels (low to max). The performance
  tier's Reviewer and the max tier's Analyst and Reviewer run on it.
• A pricing preflight. At boot, any seat whose model has no priced entry in LLM_CONFIG.json is named in the log,
  instead of its calls being costed at $0.00 in silence.

An existing LLM_CONFIG.json keeps its own copy of the seats and prices; the template is the starting point for a new one.
