First public release of @phibkro/oxlint-effect-plugin.

  • Version-neutral package coordinate and default effect/* rule namespace.
  • Explicit Effect compatibility metadata: domain effect-v4, major 4, reviewed 4.0.0-beta.102.
  • Seven compiled Oxlint AST/scope rules with generated documentation and typed configuration expansion.
  • Checked producer prepack deletes, rebuilds, and verifies ignored dist/.
  • Packed consumers validated under Bun 1.3.13, Node 24.18.0, and the declared Deno 2.9.2 surface.

Evidence limits: custom rules provide syntax and lexical-scope diagnostics, not type-aware proof. Effect-specific type diagnostics remain delegated to @effect/tsgo.
