Faster load list speed.

• In batch processing save the local video thumb and info in work dir so it will much faster when loading a list next time.
• Change the hash method to crc32 so the same file will have the same temp work dir.
• Add "Single Sentence Translate Interval" to the settings. So it can slow down the requests to the LLM server.

Use the combination of "Single Sentence Translate" method with the time interval will let you control the request rate that sends to the remote LLM service. If every minute you can have 8 requests, then you can set the interval to "8". This way it will never go over the quota.
