• A Codex session that opened several PRs before the upgrade lists them all. The resumable Codex parse state moves to v5, so a v4 checkpoint (written before the index recorded every PR) re-parses its transcript once instead of resuming with only its first PR, as Claude's v7 already does. • A live Claude row lists the PRs and tickets the session acted on. touchedPrs ([{ url, number, repo, action }], action merged, reviewed, commented, checked out, edited or closed) comes from gh pr merge|review|comment|checkout|edit|close and agents projects prs merge|review|comment; touchedTickets ([{ id, action }]) from linear update. Only calls that ran and succeeded count, newest first with the last action per item, leaving out what the session created itself (prs, createdTickets).
