Remove id from category URL

/category/{id}/{slug} -> /category/{slug}

We also should mark slug as unique and make URLs backward compatible.

Probably, after this change we need to revise UrlEntityDto, LinkEntityDto and SelectEntityDto classes and remove unused member or even the whole classes.
