Fixes

• Comparisons no longer ignore decimals that a smaller explicit scale left in the value. Decimal::create('1.9', 0) keeps 1.9 as its value, but compareTo(1) returned 0 and equals(1) returned true. They now return 1 and false. This covers compareTo(), equals(), greaterThan(), lessThan(), greaterThanOrEquals(), lessThanOrEquals(), between(), min() and max() (#32).

  Values created without an explicit scale, or with a scale that fits them, compare as before.
