Adds FLOAT64 (Double) input support to MoneyTransform for Debezium sources using decimal.handling.mode=double.

• Converts values through their canonical decimal representation, so 0.29 BYN becomes 29 minor units.
• Preserves existing Decimal support, optional fields, nulls, and converted defaults.
• Rejects fractional minor units, non-finite values, and INT64 overflow without rounding or truncation.

Validation: 176 tests passed, Detekt passed, and plugin JAR packaging checks passed.
