Collie 0.5.0
Collie 0.5.0
Phones (iOS and Android)
- One machine per computer. A computer is paired once. Each call picks the route on its own: the computer's addresses first, then the relay. The relay is no longer mentioned anywhere in the UI.
- Can I call it now? The machine list and the machine screen show a status dot and a line: Ready to call, In a call, Can't call now (with the reason) or Offline. The status is checked every 15 seconds, also through the relay. A computer still running an older collie-server shows Online.
- iOS: a short transcript now starts at the top, so its last message no longer hides under the composer.
- Android: re-pairing a computer keeps its past conversations.
Desktop
- User dictionary. Under Voice → Dictionary, add words with how they sound. Recognition is hinted with them (GigaAM hotwords and cloud keyterms), any spoken form of a word is written back as spelled, and speech pronounces it correctly.
- Permission rows now expect a key press to ask by default.
Analytics
Anonymous usage statistics through Aptabase (EU) on iOS, Android, the desktop app and the site. Collected: app starts, pairing and removing machines, call start and end (route, duration rounded to 10 s) and a fixed failure category. Not collected: names, hosts, transcripts or error text. collie-server sends nothing. Details are in the privacy policy.
