• Fixed: Ctrl+Space did nothing in the remote desktop. With a Chinese input method installed, Windows takes this key to switch its own input method, so the remote never got it; while the remote desktop has focus, Ctrl+Space now goes to the remote. Other shortcuts still belong to Windows.

• 改进：同步任务其他文件都已同步、只有个别文件过不去时，显示黄色的“部分未同步”（“其他文件已同步 · N 个文件无法同步”），不再算作“出错”；失败列表里每个文件后面写明原因，比如“没有权限”，完整原文在鼠标悬停提示里。托盘菜单里会写“N 个部分未同步”，不按“有问题”算。
• 改进：新建同步任务的默认排除规则加上 Python 测试和检查工具的缓存目录（.pytest_cache、.mypy_cache、.ruff_cache）。已有的任务不变，需要的话在“编辑任务”里加。
• 修复：同步任务最近事件多的时候，“N 个文件同步失败”和冲突文件的框被压成一条细线，看不到里面的文件。

A sync task with only a few files that can't sync no longer shows as an error, and the failed files and reasons can be seen. Update inside the app.

• Improved: when everything else in a sync task is up to date and only a few files can't sync, the task shows a yellow "Partly synced" ("Everything else is up to date · N files can't sync") instead of an error; each failed file shows a short reason such as "No permission", with the full text on hover. The tray menu says how many tasks are partly synced instead of counting them as problems.
• Improved: the default exclusion rules for new sync tasks now include Python test and lint caches (.pytest_cache, .mypy_cache, .ruff_cache). Existing tasks are unchanged; add them in Edit task if needed.
• Fixed: when a sync task had many recent events, the "N files failed to sync" and conflict boxes were squeezed into a thin line and their files could not be seen.

• 改进：经 MCP 操作终端的 AI 在等输出时，终端里的程序一响铃或发通知就立即返回，不用干等到超时。Codex 向你提问、要批准、做完一轮时默认会响铃（你没盯着那个终端时），不用改 Codex 的任何设置。Claude Code 默认不发通知，AI 会按“输出停下多久”来判断它在等回答。
• 修复：Windows 上的 Codex 在 AI 打开的终端里一直以为有人在看，提问时不响铃。现在程序进全屏时，Pierlink 如实告诉它当前有没有人在看。
• 新增：MCP 发送按键支持 Shift+方向键（Codex 里回答提问要按 Shift+←）。
• 改进：MCP 页“AI 装在服务器上”只列 Claude Code 和 Codex。

When an AI on a server drives Codex on Windows, it now learns right away when Codex asks something. Update inside the app.

• Improved: when an AI waits for terminal output over MCP, the wait now returns as soon as the program rings the bell or sends a notification, instead of waiting until the timeout. Codex rings by default when it asks you a question, needs approval or finishes a turn (while you are not looking at that terminal); no Codex settings need changing. Claude Code sends no notifications by default, so the AI judges from how long the output has been quiet.
• Fixed: Codex on Windows assumed someone was watching an AI-opened terminal and did not ring when it asked a question. Pierlink now reports whether the terminal really has focus when a program switches to full screen.
• New: MCP key presses support Shift+arrow keys (Codex uses Shift+Left to answer a question).
• Improved: the MCP page lists only Claude Code and Codex for an AI installed on a server.

• 修复：终端偶尔整个卡住：打字、滚动、改窗口大小都没反应，点“接管”也没用，只能关掉重开（AI 终端里跑 Codex 时遇到过）。原因是后台给 AI 和手机读屏用的屏幕副本出错后，把整个终端拖停了；现在副本出错会自动重建，终端照常能用；万一后台出了别的意外，终端会显示已结束、可以重新连接，不会再光标照闪、看着像还活着。
• 新增：手机上看终端时，画面右边有往上翻、往下翻两个按钮，每按一次挪一小段。普通命令行里翻的是之前的输出；Codex、less、vim 这类全屏程序里，像在电脑上滚动滚轮那样，由程序自己往上翻、往下翻。

A terminal no longer freezes when the background screen copy hits an error; scroll a terminal on the phone with buttons. Update inside the app.

• Fixed: a terminal could freeze completely: typing, scrolling and resizing the window did nothing, taking over did not help, and it had to be closed (seen with Codex in an AI terminal). An error in the background screen copy that AIs and the phone read stopped the whole terminal; the copy is now rebuilt when that happens and the terminal keeps working. If anything else goes wrong in the background, the terminal now shows that it ended and can be reopened, instead of looking alive with a blinking cursor.
• New: when viewing a terminal on the phone, two buttons on the right scroll up and down a little at a time. At a command line they move through earlier output; in full-screen programs such as Codex, less or vim they work like the mouse wheel on the computer, so the program scrolls itself.

• 修复：AI 经 MCP 给终端发一句以换行结尾的话时，Codex 只把文字填进输入框、没有发送（它把一下子到达的文字当成粘贴，紧跟着的回车只算换行）。现在文字写完隔 0.5 秒再按回车，手机上点“发送”也一样。
• 新增：“设置 → 终端 → 响铃提醒”。Codex 等程序响铃时，标签上的提醒点和任务栏按钮闪烁现在可以只留提醒点，或者都关掉。
• 新增：文件栏的路径后面加了复制按钮，一点就复制当前目录的完整路径（和服务器地址后面的复制按钮一样）。
• 改进：MCP 页“AI 装在服务器上”的服务器列表写明是哪台服务器上的 AI 还能操作这些服务器，并说明勾上后它能经 Pierlink 执行命令、读写文件（以前只写“可以操作的其他服务器”，看不出意思）。

Sync tasks now show how many files failed and which ones; messages an AI sends to Codex no longer stop in its input box; the files panel can copy the current path in one click. Update inside the app.

• Improved: when files fail to sync, the task now shows how many failed and lists just the files; hover over a file to see why. A task that is still syncing stays under “Syncing” even when a few files fail, and moves to errors only once syncing stops with failures left.
• Fixed: when an AI sent a line ending in a newline to a terminal over MCP, Codex only filled its input box and did not send it (it treats text that arrives all at once as a paste, and an Enter right after it as a new line). Enter now follows the text after 0.5 seconds; Send on the phone works the same way.
• New: Settings > Terminal > Bell alerts. When programs such as Codex ring the bell, you can now keep just the dot on the tab or turn off both the dot and the taskbar flash.
• New: a copy button right after the path in the files panel copies the current folder's full path in one click, like the one next to a server's address.
• Improved: on the MCP page, the server list for an AI installed on a server now names that server and says that on the servers you check, the AI can run commands and read and write files through Pierlink (it used to say only “Other servers it can use”).

• 新增：在资源管理器里右键文件夹、文件夹空白处或磁盘，选“在 Pierlink 中打开”，就在 Pierlink 新开一个标签，用默认本机终端从这个目录开始；Pierlink 没开时会先打开。Windows 11 上这一项在“显示更多选项”里。不想要可以在“设置 → 终端 → 资源管理器右键菜单”关掉。
• 修复：本机 PowerShell、命令提示符、Git Bash 里跑 Codex 时，Shift+Enter、Ctrl+J 不能换行。现在按键原样交给 Windows，和 Windows Terminal 一样。
• 改进：从别的标签或页面切回来时，键盘焦点回到离开前的地方（终端或输入框），不用再点一下终端才能打字。
• 修复：Codex、Claude Code 这类程序隔一会儿重画一次输入行时，光标闪烁忽快忽慢、连闪两下，有时一直亮着。现在光标始终亮灭各 0.6 秒，只有打字时保持亮着。
• 修复：npm install（比如更新 Codex 时）这类程序转圈时，光标在转圈字符上和它后面来回跳、一直闪。终端现在用随安装包带的微软新版 ConPTY（和 Windows Terminal 用的同一份），程序输出什么就显示什么；经系统 OpenSSH 连的服务器上，bash 的括号粘贴、Claude Code 和 Codex 里的 Shift+Enter 换行也跟着能用了。万一新开的终端显示不对，可以在“设置 → 终端”打开“用 Windows 自带的终端引擎”退回原来的。

Open a terminal in Pierlink straight from File Explorer; the cursor now blinks at a steady pace, and no longer jumps around while npm shows its spinner. Update inside the app.

• New: right-click a folder, the empty space inside a folder or a drive in File Explorer and choose “Open in Pierlink” to open a new tab with your default local terminal in that folder; Pierlink starts first if it is not running. On Windows 11 the item is under “Show more options”. Turn it off in Settings > Terminal > Explorer context menu.
• Fixed: Shift+Enter and Ctrl+J did not insert a new line in Codex running in a local PowerShell, Command Prompt or Git Bash. Keys now reach Windows exactly as pressed, as in Windows Terminal.
• Improved: switching back to a tab or to the workspace puts the keyboard focus back where it was (the terminal or the input box), so you can type without clicking the terminal first.
• Fixed: when programs such as Codex or Claude Code redrew their input line every so often, the cursor blinked unevenly, sometimes twice in a row or not at all. It now always blinks on and off every 0.6 seconds and stays on while you type.
• Fixed: while programs such as npm install (for example when Codex updates itself) showed a spinner, the cursor kept jumping between the spinner and the cell after it. Terminals now use the newer Microsoft ConPTY shipped with the installer (the same one Windows Terminal uses), so program output is shown as is; on servers connected with system OpenSSH, bash bracketed paste and Shift+Enter for a new line in Claude Code and Codex now work too. If new terminals ever display incorrectly, turn on “Use the Windows built-in terminal engine” in Settings > Terminal to go back.

The first stable release of Pierlink, a multi-server remote development workbench for Windows: terminals, file sync and AI access for all your servers in one window. Update from 0.9.x inside the app; your servers, settings and sync tasks are kept. Compared with 0.9.12: the terminal cursor blinks steadily and a little slower; the install-desktop dialog's main button now says Start install, and a desktop opened in its own window can be installed in one click too; while installing, the desktop card shows the progress (updating package lists, which package is downloading, install percentage, the terminal's last line and the time so far) and shows the error line if it fails.

• Terminals: tabs and split panes for server and local terminals that keep running when you switch pages; broadcast input and command snippets; Shift+Enter for a new line; text copied in Claude Code or vim lands in the Windows clipboard; command prediction (bash and zsh on servers, local Git Bash); paste a screenshot into Claude Code on a server with Ctrl+V; after a disconnect the content stays and Enter reconnects.
• Connections: built-in SSH (old servers too) or system OpenSSH with your ~/.ssh/config; HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies; port forwards that recover after a drop; a file panel where you drag files between panes.
• File sync: built on Syncthing over an SSH tunnel, with no open ports and no root on the server; a preview before the first sync, side-by-side conflict resolution, and deleted or overwritten files you can restore.
• AI access (MCP): without installing Claude Code on Windows, an AI on your server can read, edit line by line and search the Windows folders you allow, and build and run on Windows; risky actions need your approval, every step is logged, and the title bar shows when an AI is working with a one-click stop; one-click setup for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI.
• Server desktop: the server's VNC desktop in a tab; on a server without one, Pierlink checks disk space and memory and then installs an XFCE desktop (with a file manager and terminal) in one click; the clipboard syncs with Windows; it can open in its own window.
• Phone access: away from your computer, talk to Claude Code on your servers from your phone's browser (laid out for the phone's width, options as buttons, photos you can send), answer AI approvals and check servers, with the PC's dark or light theme, over Tailscale or your LAN with no relay service.

  • 先下载、后安装：点“下载更新”只下载并核对签名，下好后你点“安装更新”才会关闭 Pierlink 并安装；选“稍后”的话，下次点提示条上的“安装更新”直接装，不用再下载（重启后也一样）。
  • 下载好以后又出了更新的版本：检查更新时会删掉旧的安装包，让你下载最新的，不会装上旧的那个。
  • 下载时网络断了，以前进度会一直停着；这时再点一次会多开一个下载，网络恢复后两个一起走，进度条来回跳。现在同一时间只下载一个；30 秒收不到数据就停下并提示网络中断，点“重试”接着下。

• Updates:
  • Download first, install when you say so: Download update only downloads and checks the signature; Pierlink closes and installs only after you click Install update. If you pick Later, Install update on the bar installs right away next time without downloading again (also after a restart).
  • If a newer version comes out after you downloaded one, checking for updates removes the old package and offers the newest, so the old one is never installed.
  • If the network dropped while downloading, the progress used to stop for good, and clicking again started a second download, so the progress bar jumped back and forth once the network came back. Now only one download runs at a time; after 30 seconds without data it stops and says the network dropped; click Retry to continue.
