Upgrading from 0.3

• Log in to Frontier again with capi_login. The login moved into the new secrets file, and the old capi-token.json can be deleted.
• Re-enter your Inara and EDSM keys on the settings page (ask Claude to "open ed-mcp settings"), or keep them in Claude's settings form.
• ED_MCP_PLANS is no longer used. Plans live next to your preferences; ed-mcp tells you if the variable is still set.
